Prohibited Content

Content submitted through the Platform must not:

Permanence of Published Content

Termination or Suspension by TS Newswire

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• You submit Content that violates our Content Guidelines.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your account.
• You fail to make payment for any Order when due.
• Continued provision of Services to you would, in our reasonable judgement, expose TS Newswire to legal risk or reputational harm.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause by TS Newswire, no refund shall be issued for any unused Services, credits, or prepaid amounts. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and use our Services shall cease immediately. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
