Before Distribution
If you wish to cancel your order before your content has been submitted to our distribution network, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
To qualify for a full refund under this provision:
- Your cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email to hello@tsnewswire.com.
- The request must be received before we have begun distributing your content to our publication partners.
- You must include your order or invoice number in the cancellation request.
Once we confirm that distribution has not yet commenced, your refund will be processed promptly.
After Distribution
Once a press release or any other content has been distributed to our publication network, the service is considered fully delivered. Refunds are generally not available after distribution has taken place, as the process cannot be reversed.
Please note the following:
- Published content may remain live on third-party media outlets and news sites indefinitely.
- We have no control over how long third-party publications choose to host distributed content.
- The act of distribution itself constitutes fulfilment of the service, regardless of the outcomes achieved (e.g., traffic, rankings, or engagement).
We recommend reviewing all content and service details carefully before confirming your order.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be considered. Each case is reviewed individually by our team, and partial refunds may be issued if:
- The service was not delivered as described in your order confirmation or service agreement.
- Significant distribution errors occurred on our end that materially affected the quality or reach of the service.
- Technical failures on our systems prevented proper distribution of your content.
To request a partial refund, please contact us with full details of the issue, including any supporting evidence. Our team will investigate and respond with a fair resolution.
Guest Posting & Link Building Services
Refunds for guest posting and link building services are handled on a case-by-case basis. A refund or credit may be considered if:
- The agreed-upon publications did not publish your content within the stated timeframe.
- The published content was removed within 30 days of publication through no fault of the client.
- The placement does not match what was agreed upon in the order (e.g., a different website, domain authority, or placement type).
Please note that minor variations in metrics such as domain authority or traffic estimates do not constitute grounds for a refund, as these figures fluctuate naturally over time and vary between third-party measurement tools.
Non-Refundable Items
The following fees and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Rush or express processing fees — once the expedited process has begun, these fees cannot be recovered.
- Content writing fees — for work that has been completed and delivered to the client, regardless of whether the content is subsequently used.
- Consultation and strategy session fees — once a session has been conducted, the service is considered delivered.
- Completed distribution services — where distribution was carried out in accordance with the agreed service specifications.
Service Credits
In some cases, we may offer service credits as an alternative to a monetary refund. This is typically offered when a full refund is not warranted but we acknowledge that the service did not fully meet expectations.
Key details regarding service credits:
- Credits can be applied towards any future TS Newswire service.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Expired credits cannot be reinstated or extended.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please email us at hello@tsnewswire.com with the following information:
- Your full name and the name on the account (if different).
- Order or invoice number associated with the service in question.
- Reason for the refund request — please be as detailed as possible.
- Supporting documentation — screenshots, correspondence, or any other evidence that supports your claim.
We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 3 business days of receipt. Complex cases may require additional time for investigation, and we will keep you informed of progress throughout.
Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved:
