4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all PR and marketing materials.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content submitted for publication complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Clients are responsible for any issues arising from the provision of inaccurate or misleading information.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds for services not yet rendered will be issued within 7 business days via bank transfer or company credits.
• No refunds will be issued for services rendered or partially rendered.
• Refunds will not be issued for services where the PR or article has been published.
• Refunds will not be issued for services where the client has provided inaccurate or misleading information.
• Refunds will not be issued for services where the published PR or article has been flagged for any reason, including but not limited to copyright infringement or misleading content. In such cases, the PR or article may be removed without prior notice.
